With over 20 years of professional experience, Varun specialises in direct taxation, indirect taxation (GST), FEMA and foreign exchange regulations, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and business structuring. He has advised startups, SMEs, multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals across diverse industry sectors, helping them navigate complex regulatory and taxation challenges.

Meena is a Partner at Khurana Khurana & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, with over 20 years of industry experience in internal audit, enterprise risk management, forensic investigations, corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. She has held leadership positions with globally recognised multinational organisations, including The Coca-Cola Company, Bosch, Delphi Automotive, and Evalueserve, where she successfully established and led Internal Audit and Risk Management functions.
Her core areas of expertise include Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Corporate Governance, Process Improvement, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Internal Financial Controls (IFC), Compliance Reviews, and Business Risk Advisory. She has extensive experience in designing, implementing, reviewing, and strengthening internal control frameworks that improve operational efficiency, mitigate business risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Meena has successfully led forensic investigations, fraud risk assessments, financial due diligence, SOX compliance, ISAE 3402 (formerly SAS 70), ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and certification, and internal control reviews for organisations across multiple industries. Her strategic and analytical approach enables businesses to strengthen governance frameworks, enhance compliance, and make informed business decisions.
